Keto Friendly Spiced Hamburgers

Drizzle the burgers with pan juices mixed with bone broth or wrap them in lettuce or serve on your favorite keto bread or buns, and add your favorite burger fixins’: a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles (no sugar added), good quality mayo, mustard, no sugar added ketchup.

Serve with a salad or coleslaw with keto-friendly dressing. Our favorite is to combine a pre-made coleslaw mix with our keto-friendly caesar dressing!

  • In a large bowl combine the ground beef with all other ingredients except the bone broth. Gently mix until everything until well incorporated. Shape the mixture into four half-inch thick burger patties.
  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the patties for about Eight minutes or until browned on the exterior and cooked through, turning once, halfway through.
  • Transfer the burgers to a plate and cover loosely with foil. If you want to add cheese slices add them now and let them melt while the burgers are resting.
  • Add the broth to the skillet, stirring to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Cook for about 4 min or until reduced by half.
  • Drizzle the burgers with the reduced pan juices and serve with a salad or coleslaw and your favorite burger fixins', lettuce, tomato, pickles (no sugar added), good quality mayo, mustard, no sugar added ketchup.
